How it works
Step 1 Send us your documents to receive a time and cost estimate
- Send documents to support@cqlingo.com. Include any specific questions that you may have about the text, as well as any relevant background information.
- Standard documents up to 5 pages will be checked and corrected by a qualified, native speaker of English within 24-48 hours. Faster checks and corrections and the correction of longer documents can be arranged individually.
- Writing consultations are charged based on the complete number of words in each document, difficulty, and formatting.
- Prices for writing consultations are 0,12 – 0,20 Euro/Word
- Corporate solutions for a pre-agreed contingency of writing consultations are available.
Step 2 Confirm your acceptance of the writing consultation cost and time estimate.
- Upon confirmation, we will begin with the corrections, suggestions and selection of customized grammar exercises for you.
Step 3 Pick up your corrected document and corresponding grammar exercise suggestions
- Upon receiving an Email reporting the completion of your writing consultation, go to the CQ Lingo Course Catalog and pick up your documents in your personal and private writing consultation file. Corrected documents will be uploaded here. Only you have access to this file. Documents will include both corrections and their corresponding incorrect passages for reference. Notes explaining the changes will help you learn WHY the changes were suggested.
- Problem-specific grammar exercises will be uploaded into your writing consultation file, so you can study individual grammar rules and practice those areas needing improvement.
- From here, you can download your corrected document.
- As long as you are an active member, your personal file will remain open to keep your personalized writing instructions and grammar exercises.
Step 4 Pay for the writing consultation
- Your final billing will be included with the finished writing consultation.
- Written consultations will be billed according to the pre-agreed offer
- As a language and communication school, we do not charge value-added tax (VAT) / Umsatzsteuer (Ust) for courses.
